We are looking for dedicated and committed individuals to support a young gentleman as he progresses into his own tenancy and independent living. The role will involve 24 hour support and the ideal candidates will have experience of supporting individuals with autism and mental health issues.
The gentleman is very able and independent with a wide range of interests and knowledge. We are in the first instance looking for weekend support workers but this will progress to 24/7 support and we need the right team of people to deliver this. Support Worker Benefits –
· Scottish Living Wage Employer, starting salary £12.00 per hour rising to £12.64** with length of service and qualifications
· £10.90 per hour standard for sleepovers – where required
